While I was chasing Friday, there was apparently 3 tornadoes which have been confirmed by the National Weather Service in Grand Rapids, MI just a couple miles from where I was at the time.
I will be posting a full chase account later on today. I watched the storms come ashore near St. Joseph, MI and then headed up north towards Holland. These Tornadoes would have been on the ground while I was going up I-196 along the Lake Michigan shoreline. I would have been in Van Buren County for all 3, which is the county south of Allegan and the county west of Kalamazoo county.
