Another 2013 tease. The RAP and NAM were showing some good conditions for some possible supercells down near Childress, so I left work and headed west on I-40 to Shamrock and then south.
The storms kind of looked like crap, so I met up with David Drummond for dinner in Childress before heading back to Oklahoma.The storms further west that had come out of New Mexico produced some decent lightning near Erick, OK.
