This was never intended to be a storm chase or a tornado day. I was in Longmont for some work and returned to my hotel after a long day of work. While sitting in the parking lot, I looked over and saw a tornado. I was able to witness the last few minutes of the landspout before it dissipated.

Others saw the tornadoes from all over the north Denver metro area including from arriving flights at Denver International Airport.

They’re never this easy.
